Hello everyone, I currently joined a short while ago, and have created my first web page. The affiliate company that I selected seems very interesting and I emailed, filled out
I would switch. No matter if it's holiday or not, if it is a legit business you should get at least a response in 24-48 hours. I would not wait more than that. Hopefully you did not invest a lot of money with them.
Thank you for the advice, I am already looking into other companies. I'll keep that in mind when dealing with future companies, thank you. Have a great weekend Andrea!
Hi. Well, I would normally say that you might want to consider moving on and checking into other affiliates. However, it is the holiday season and maybe they are a bit behind or slow. I'd probably wait until after the 1st of the year to decide what to do. This is just my opinion. :)
Hi Michelle, thank you for the info, I'll remember that in future dealings around holiday seasons! Have a great weekend!
After I left my comment, I got to thinking about it, and I should have asked you if you had other affiliates on your site or not. To answer better, if this was your first and only affiliate, I would look into other options now. If you already are using some other affiliates, then I would have to decide if I wanted it enough to wait and give them some time during this crazy season. I think that sounds better! :) Enjoy your weekend, too!

What to do with a company that does not respond?

Maybe you should see their if they stated how long normally their support will respond to inquiries. The company might not have an outstanding respond time but as long as it still within the time frame and the product has good quality you may want to wait a bit more.
Besides, I also agree with everything else that you better join more than one affiliate program.
