The videos that blue host put out are pretty good - and looking at someone else going through it can help. There are a number of reasons to host elsewhere rather than siterubix mainly to do with the amount of domains on the server - but thats not always that big a deal. i use blue host myself funny enough, and have no complaints, except they can be a bit funny about what type of content they host, so i have to use another host as well for some sites !
I do not use bluehost, I setup my website through WA. Bluehost is an alternate method for creating your website. I do intent to become a premium member when I have learned the basics.
Yes, you can watch their vids and learn without getting a bluehost account - great thing about wordpress is its the same all over !
