I am finding content for my site is starting to make more sense and I am having no trouble posting daily. I am curious if I should be posting more than once a day or not? I
Everyone is different as some here work full time at WA.
Other's, like myself, work other jobs and businesses alongside.
Go at the pace you are comfortable with and post as often as you can.
The most important thing is to post good quality content. If that means posting a few less, that’s perfectly acceptable.
All the best with your journey,

Hey Bill,
Realistically, if you're posting to your site once per day, you are doing better than every single person who has ever been in this business.
I make this assumption based on the fact that you have only been a member for just over two weeks, although I'm unsure whether you have any previous experience of this business.
Essnetially, we use Blogging & SEO taught through the initial training at WA.
So, writing an article for your website would involve finding great keywords that have very little Google page one competition, and that your audience actually WANTS TO KNOW ABOUT.
Therefore, PRIOR to performing keyword research you would need to research your NICHE AUDIENCE.
Go hang out where they hang out, read through their issues, problems, questions, and then choose topics for your blog articles.
You would then typically need to research this topic in order to do your article justice by covering every single aspect that needs to be discussed.
I've never been one for "how many words", but as a bare minimum most articles would fall into the 800-1,200 words cateogry.
That being said, I would hazard a guess that many topics require 2,000+ words to completely cover every single aspect.
I know I certainly have MANY articles that are 5,000+ words.
Of everyone who has replied to your question thus far on this thread, I would say that we all write on a daily basis NOW, however, the person with the "least experience" among this group (sorry to that person, LOL) has still been in this business for 5 years.
Therefore, ALL of us took a while to "build-up" to daily posting of HIGH-QUALITY content.
I'm definitely not saying this cannot be achieved as someone fairly new to this business, but it would put you in an extremely talented and elite category.
As for how often you should post, you simply research, write, and post as often as possible WITHOUT sacrificing on QUALITY, while adhering to all I have mentioned above.

If you are posting once per that's great. If you wish to post more that's fine.
Just don't sacrifice quality for quantity.
Along with everything that's involved with creating content, write for people first and answer the query people are searching for and give them no reason to look elsewhere for the information they want.

To begin with, it would be best to publish content at least 3 times a week….
