I would actually minimize the height of your logo, it is far too large and there is no benefit to making your logo this large.
The problem with headers/logos this large is they take away from the main content area on your website, which needs to be the focus. A logo is not going to lead to any better readership, quality content within the first viewable area of your website (the first fold) will.
