Can anyone tell me how do I use a different background image for my website when using WordPress?
It should be in the customization section of your theme. Appearance -> customize but some don't allow for a background image so that might be the problem.

Can anyone tell me how do I use a different background image for my website when using WordPress?
I have not seen one for a different background image for EACH page. However I have seen where you can have a number of different background images and you specify that WP is to randomise the background images to use.
Note that this may be Theme specific.
In the usual place, WP dashboard, appearance, customise.
Or maybe another option inside of WP dashboard, appearance.
