Sage One Link - How do I become the first affiliate marketer?

Hello ALL

Thank you for looking at my question:

The Back Story:
We are the first guys doing the referral for Sage One in South Africa making use of affiliate marketing. They have referral system but it is not automated and you are basically at the mercy of the person signing up for the product to full your referral code.

So my question is two-fold:
How do I secure the details of the people signing through my link, once the click on the link, they leave my site and they are "lost" to me?

Secondly, once they have landed on the signup page for Sage One how do make sure my referral code is auto filled on their signup page.

Current solution I have is using Contact Form 7 ,
great a form on my site with all the relative information ,
email the info to myslef
then copy all the info unto Sage One signup page.

I nead to automate this process if I want to be effective!

Any Suggestions welcome!

Update 18 Jan 2018

So it seems that the second part of my question was fixed by Sage One , my link is now working , the first conundrum remains!

SageOne should really install a referral system on their site or join shareasale.com for tracking it.

But I do see a tracking ID in your URL so that should be filled in automatically if they use that type of system.

Other than that as the others suggested, you could first let a user sign up to a newsletter or something and then send them to the referral link so that they sign up at SageOne. That way you still have an option to contact your customer and throw them more offers.

Note that according to the email list rules, you need to explicit let them choose or know that they are signing up for a news letter that also offers / sells stuff.

I do have to note as well to you that you should remove the referral link as you have written above. It is potentially spam and can be removed by the admins if reported - and it can even get you banned from the site.

Hello Steven

Thanks for the heads up, I removed the link.

Morning Willem. I can only suggest that you link your Contact Form to an autoresponder. You can look at this training from CoachGom: I am not sure about your 2nd question. Will have to think about it.
