Finally Finished 3rd Niche - Googled Site Title Zip - Added my Name = First page

Finally finished my 3rd niche attempt, a heart, passion & degree thing, lol, googled site title 'why should I believe Jesus,' and still nothing to page 9. Added my name to the end and was suddenly on Page 1, with the top 6 spots; not sure if this means anything...considering I'm a no-body to people who don't know me, right, lol.

A 7th spot shows up under another term, and site I own 'Do We Worship Jesus dot com,' which is pretty neat.

So, I Google 'Do we worship Jesus' and again, nothing even up to page 9 ... add my name and it comes up on Page 1 for top three rankings...first two form my WA site, and the 3rd is another term but site I have as mentioned above.

Anyhow, getting comments and feedback...we will see; fun authoring material though.

PS...if anyone is up to viewing site and leaving a comment or two, please do (www.whyshouldibelievejesus.com)

PPS...if not a Christian, have no fear...knowledge is power, right :) :) :)

Thank you...have a super day!

Thanks, Sharon, lol, yes I am glad someone does, lol...that is cute; and to you, a blessed new year and then some :)

It's good to explore different niches Kevin, but I really recommend sticking to 1 and more importantly one that you love. It's important to do this because you have to be in it for the long haul.

A lot of people poke around niches and think it takes a few weeks to become rich, see that it doesn't and think it's a failure. It isn't. It's because they didn't stick around long enough to see the results.

Hey, VG...thank you for the reply and insightful words. I agree that it's the long haul vision that will count, and that is why I needed to move to zero in and tweak my interest, heart and passion to where I am now. So December 14 for first 7 days, a week off and away for Christmas (daughter quality time), 2 days jetleg with 4 straight days of my PT job of overnights, with a poke here and there, landed my current niche, and have been at it a good 10-15hrs daily ever since catching up...and now it's building time. I'm grateful, VG for your article...thanks again..happy 2015 & beyond to you and yours :)

Thanks Kevin! All the best to you as well!

When you add your name, the pool of competition gets smaller. That is why you pop to the top. Good job BTW..

Do some research on the terms using the WA tool or Jaaxy and view the search volumes and competition of the terms. Then see if you can locate a term with a high volume and low competition to target in your next content.

Hi, Labman...thank you so much for connecting and replying with such genuine input. Good analogy for me to now appreciate about my name and competition. Even though I understood the comp deal with Jaaxy, never phased regarding my own name, lol. Interesting you mentioned the searching ideas behind my terms, as all my posts were as you, and Kyle teaches about, were titled with low QSR and mid-high-90's for SEO. With that said, the traffic was never really that high, and was assuming that what Kyle has said was that even with numbers like say 40 (ave) 7 (actual traffic) 9 (QSR) 98 (SEO) can be good as said viewers can build; IS THAT CORRECT THINKING ON MY END? Thank you again, so, so much.

A small engaged audience is always much better than a large audience with no engagement.

Amen to that, lol...thanks, Labman :)
