Hi Jeremy, I have been getting a lot of emails and I do like to read some of them but I get so caught up in them and study time takes a hit. I'll try your suggestion, see if I didn't read my email I wouldn't have seen your video.
Very true my friend....LOL...it's all about balance though and if you're not making any headway with your training and with improvements/content being regularly added to your website,then all of this is for naught.
Basically, I guess I'm merely suggesting that "when one is frustrated or overwhelmed" to "take a break" from emails, unsubscribe to the threads and then when they feel like they can handle it again and they've had progress on trainings and on their site, then they can jump back in to the ol' threads and be social butterflies again. :-)
That is a good training. I also have gone into my account and narrowed what gets emailed to me and what doesn't. That has also helped.

Training came at the right time. Although I have less than 200 followers and I feel I don't want to miss any discussion but I'm actually overwhelmed with all sorts of e-mail notifications. Now I know what to do to select what I want notified about. Thank you.
That's so great....amazing how things pop up at the right time sometimes for folks, right!? That's what a "Support Community" should be about...and is here at WA! :-)
