Have a look on the print screen if you use a link from this place it won't work.Go to Profile and copy that link(either posts or about me page)

Hi Kasia Thank you for trying to help me. I must confess can't see why it won't work or even clear the box I used, still have an g+ address even though I tried to delete it and hit cancel. Been computing over 25 years, LOL and I am jammed at this weird issue. my g+ address profile id https://plus.google.com/u/0/111120054618370647031/posts The one in the box has a different # for some reason if you load g+ several times you, or at least I do, wind up with another number, if only I could clear that box in WA I then could try this. The number in the box ends in 901 not 031. I can not copy and past anything in WA from my general settings page for you to see, guess it's not allowed. I thank you!

Hi WiIliam, I just went to my settings, removed my google + link by clicking remove and cancel and then pasted your link in a box and saved it and it works fine

can you send me a PrintScreen of your page settings when you try to paste the link?

The box is gray. I have cancel and edit, no remove option.

So just ignore what it's in that box and click on it, then paste your link and save.Remove button only appears when you want to change your link for different one

what do you mean no way to copy and paste inside WA???

With the page settings as you just print screened you have to click on the box with a grey link in it. A black flashing cursor line should appear. and then if you copied your google + link just paste it. just click mouse right button or press ctrl and V together.

info off my settings page, I just fired 2 WA pages up settings and reply and used a screen capture back and forth LOL!

yes I also have the same kind of address with a long number followed at the end with /posts. LOL I got me a mystery all in about my first 15 minutes on WA! WA won't except it thow. In the end I can just do without it I guess. Thanks again!

Hi Angela, no I haven't, but would if only WA would let me delete the g+ address in that box now. Done everything, WA really likes it!

No worries :) Is that link black or grey colour? Can you highlight it? I can see that is not your link to g+ acc. If it's black just highlight it and delete.then something else will show in that box.I mean a different link, just ignore it, click within the box and past yours.Save.That should do it. If not I don't know what else to advise you

Dear Kasia, Finally after only 19 times of copy and pasting it work!
