Hello WA Community,
I recently read a statistic that I found somewhat surprising because I didn't expect it to be quite so high. The stat was that at least 77% of North American adults are in general, dissatisfied with their lives.
There are any number of reasons that could be contributing to that feeling, wouldn't you agree? We live in such a time of abundance and information, and yet as a society we are more unhappy than ever.
So what do you do when you're feeling stuck in a place of dissatisfaction?
1. Believe in Yourself
This may seem obvious, but many times we are often surrounded by negativity that can take its toll on our self-esteem. Start seeing what is bringing you down and decide that you deserve better. Believing in yourself will help to motivate you to do better.
2. Take Action
Everyday, do something to help yourself get to your goals. Whether it's writing another article, getting some exercise or having a healthy meal, take a step towards your better future.
Try to put your fears aside, and put one foot in front of the other.
3. Opportunity Results From Action
As you start to take regular action, opportunities will start to arise. They may be small and difficult to realize at first, but take note even if such opportunities differ from your vision.
4. Get Honest With Yourself
This can be difficult. Nobody likes having a mirror held in front of their face when things are going wrong. But when you get honest with yourself, you will start to learn what you truly want (or don't want).
You will start to see patterns like why you choose the people you do or why you do or don't take action.
5. Set An Intention
Setting intentions can be useful to getting you towards your goal. Write it down, visualize it and put that energy into the universe. Every thing that you want first starts with an intention.
6. Make A Plan
Have you truly considered what you want to achieve? For example, if you want a successful online business, what steps do you need to put in place to make that dream a reality?
Write those ideas down and put them into action. Review them on a regular basis.
Regardless of what your personal dream is, figure out what you actually want first. Then with consistent action and a plan, you can make them happen!
