The benefits of High School Soccer Sport
It is indisputable today that sports particularly soccer games in high schools stand as a wheel of unity. There are great benefits that soccer brings to the unity of the country. It is very clear that when it comes to soccer, there is no consideration of ethenic identity or political affiliation of the players. As such, there are benefits that sport has to offered us especially soccer.
1.Community Representation:
Students who play soccer games know very well that the benefit of representing their community is very important. The sense of community of representing the community and the feeling of representing the home team is very crucial to all players.
2.Fitness
The issue of fitness in the sport games especiallly soccer cannot be overlooked. The National Federtion of High School Association says, that when felmae are given the opportunity to paly soccer or other sports, there is a significant improvement in their weight and body mass.
3.Academic improvement
It is very realistic according to the Minnesota State High School league that the Average GPA for students who play sport particularly soccer improve to 2.84 while those who do not play have average GPA of 2.68. Another study conducted by the Medicine and Science in sport and exercise says, students who participate in sports such as soccer, fotball and stateboarding performed 10% better in core subjects science, math, Social Studies and Lanagauge Arts.
4. Teamwork
The fact is that those who play on the team believe and know they have common goal that must be reached, thererfore their focus is on the attainment of that common goal that benefit them and promote their desires.
