Performance Related Pay is a concept that is usually loved or hated. However it is a useful way of approaching online business. As you have probably noticed, this game takes time and effort. There is no magic wand to wave or magic words to recite that will result in instant success online. You simply need to put in the work!

In most traditional work environments you would need to turn up to work and be there for the allotted time, plus actually carry out the basics of your job role if you want to be paid what it says on your contract. Otherwise it would not be a surprise to be shown the door by your employer before very long. Well similar applies when working towards specific financial goals in your online business: You need to turn on your computer; put in the time doing the activities that you have committed to; make the effort! This way you can expect to be paid as you intend to over time.

So the next time you look at your income and compare it to your goals, just take a look at your performance and remember that the two are most definitely related.
