Translate Ideas Into Offers

In order to have something to sell, you must Plan, Create & Launch.

You must move from Ideas to Offers.

•Stop procrastinating

•Avoid “thinking so big” that it stops progress

•Learn what to do when feeling stuck

•Overcome fears

•Create Offers that help ‘Them’ with ‘Their’ goals

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Folks either want to move towards pleasure or away from pain, towards a goal or away from disaster.

When an ‘Away-From-Person’ starts feeling more comfortable, ‘They’ begin to loose motivation.

Whereas, a ‘Towards-Person’ is goal oriented & competitive and retains Motivation.

However, an ‘Away-From-Person’ is very Customer Focused and doesn’t want the Pain of ‘Them’ being disappointed or upset.

There are very few folks that have both character traits, without a dominance of one over the other.

So, once you do an honest self-evaluation and determine which you are, it might be beneficial to ‘partner’ with someone that is opposite to you.

Within all ‘Tribes’ are ‘Sub-Tribes’ of these two types of personalities. You may be able to find a good, opposite partner within you ‘Tribe’.
………………….

Do you have a problem charging money for something you Offer?

Think about it this way: You both benefit. You benefit financially and ‘They’ benefit by feeling it has Value, which may cause ‘Them’ to Learn-Implement-Share & Teach.

Is the price you’re charging Fair or should you charge more?
- When you charge more, ‘They’ think “well it must be good since the price is higher”.
- If you have given ‘Them’ something of Value for free, ‘They’ will remember that ‘free sample’ & will be ready to buy the ‘whole meal’.
- ‘They’ are more likely to Respect & Value you more.

- There are ‘Information-Product-Shopaholics’ that get Value plus Enjoyment from buying you Offers.

What to do when a Project seems too large to tackle:
- That ‘Big-Scary-Project’ becomes smaller, as you nibble away at it
- The small steps of progress will be motivational for you
- You don’t have to deliver the whole thing, all-at-once
- Drip-Feed it in a Modular Format
- ‘They’ benefit by having time to let it soak-in & taking action
- Make each next Module a Milestone for you & ‘Them’
- Set yourself a “RODA” (Routine-Of-Daily-Activity)
- And suggest ‘They’ set a “RODA” for ‘Themselves’
- Make Yourself & ‘Them’ Accountable. Say: “Next Module is coming”

Your “MVP” (Minimum-Viable-Product)
- Always allow for ‘Mid-Course-Correction’ while in flight
- Let ‘Them’ tell you what ‘They’ need & want
- It’s OK to have a different destination than first planned
- You’re starting with the foundation to see what ‘They’ want
- Put something out there as a test for where to go
- ‘They’ vote with ‘Their’ money which proves the market
- It could be a Report, Ebook, Audio, Visual, Membership Site, Newsletter, Webinar
- Use a Question Form & find out in advance what ‘They’ want
- Build it around what ‘They’ tell you, instead of what you suspect
- After you have finished, do a Follow-up Q & A to see if you need to give a ‘Surprise-Bonus’ of more
- Tell ‘Them’ that ‘They’ are “Beta-Tester” for what’s coming later & ‘They’ are getting a great Discount
- Tell ‘Them’ that ‘They’ get all the improvements at no added cost
- ‘They’ get to mold it so ‘They’ get exactly what ‘They’ want
- You get to prove the Market during this ‘Pre-Sale’ stage
- You’ve built an Interactive Relationship (Know-Like-&Trust)
- If ‘They’ are part-of-it or belong-to-it, ‘They’ will likely implement it
- Ask: “ Did you Understand, Believe, Implement & what Results have you received?”
- “What ‘Bonus Material’ do you need?”
- “Get 5 friends to enroll & I’ll refund your entire Member Fee”.
- Have a ‘MVP-Page’ on your Hub-Site with a ‘Comment-Section’ for Interaction about your upcoming ‘Beta-Program’. This becomes your developmental proving ground.
- All of the above applies to whatever your ‘Topic’ is
- Implement All or Some of it & see what Results you get
- To choose a “MVP”, just ask ‘Them’ for ‘Their’ “Current-Basic” Need & supply that for the starting point. Later, expand to more Offers with the customers you just acquired & satisfied.
- Continue anticipating ‘Their’ need & get in front of it. (You’ll have a Customer for live.)
- Set you Big-Goal but focus on you Immediate-Goals to begin with
- Then focus on Creation & Delivery.
- See if you can build a List around your MVP… proves the Market.
- Take incremental steps to confirm you have a winner.
- Balance Creativity, Action, Persistence & Tweaking to reach Initial, Minimal Goals that are stepping-stones to the larger Goals.

When you are searching for an Idea or when you have an Idea that you want to develop into a ‘Product / Service Offer’, you should evaluate, decide & adopt the appropriate suggestions from above.
