Hi there I always ask the community if I am un sure about something.
I have joined the affiliate network CJ.affiliates because I want to promote Ocado on my site. I have
Individual still qualifies as a business--you will be a "Sole Proprietor", and as Jeanette says use your SSN as the Tax ID number!
It is set to the individual for the US cause we can use our SSN to still be in compliance with our state tax income received. Once you start making thousands of dollars then would suggest business license. It is better to check these details in your residual area to make sure.
Affiliate programs payment options, business or individual?

I wasn't approved by myvega? Am wondering why. Has anyone been not approved and from their experience what did they find out to prevent this happening in the future ?
Hello Stephen, Good question, can't help with an answer but I was interested to see what response you got.
Important information below.

Wilson
Hello- going off on what Diane said, if your site is fairly new, you may not get approved by a lot of affiliate programs.
I started applying for affiliate programs two months after I started my niche site. I got approved by some but rejected by others. I figured since I didn't have enough content on my website back then.
I hope that helps- all the best.

Generally you need to have traffic and content. There is no mileage in any affiliate company allowing you to be an affiliate if you have neither on your website. Aim to have at least 40 organic visitors a day and at least the same number of articles
Hi - typically it is because you don't have enough content, and are therefore not attracting any traffic.
how much traffic is your website getting? Is your website brand new? How relevant is your content to what you want to promote?
If you do not have much traffic, then they are unlikely to make money from your promotions yet. That tends to be main contender for why they may not have approved you. It could also be down to your content.
You could reach out to them to ask them why, so you could correct the issues. But if it is because you are new, just keep writing content and go back and apply later on

I am wondering why my snippets do not show when I go on my website from my mobile and they show when I go on my website from my laptop? I am new can someone help ?
You may need to change to an entirely different theme. I had to - in fact I've changed my theme several times.
When you choose a new theme read the description and make sure it states the theme is responsive and able to be viewed on a variety of devices.
I'd also look and see when the theme was last updated. If it's been more than a couple of months (as technology moves and changes at the speed of light), I'd move on and look for another theme.
Hope this helps!
Susan
For mobile responsive sites, the theme will adjust to the size of the screen and decide what is to be shown. The real estate of your screen size on mobile is about 1/6 of your laptop, therefore it is not possible to show everything.
If you use a non-responsive theme, you will get the same for both but user experience on mobile will be poor.
Most often than not the mobile version will look slightly different since there is less screen real state. Your logo, main posts/articles and navigation menu should be visible in the mobile version.
My website looks different on a laptop compared to a mobile?
