Never too old to learn
Well it all started around the year 1994, i bought myself a computer as iv always been interested in socializing and joined different dating sites. Also surfing the network and playing around on google was such an interesting way of learning things. Then through my employer i was sent on a computer course where i learnt about Word, XL and Outlook. Man i thought i was just the guy with all this knowledge, it was awesome. Then i found a site that said ( How to make money online) To me this was the ultimate, i joined site after site and for the next say 8 to 10 years i just wasted money trying to make money. I knew i was loosing the battle to make money but never gave up.
Then i met a guy who directed in the right direction, he tried to explain to me how making money online worked but i kept going back to basics and asking the same questions over and over as i did not understand the function and the meaning of the terms he was using. Sadly he told me he was tired of me not grasping what he believed to be simple network words and waved me good bye.
I am that type of person who left school in matric (STD10) i was 16 years old and started work as an apprentice steam fitter, which ment working with spanners and tools. At the age of 19 i was sent to the army and ended up on the border fighting a war, which today i still cannot tell the reason why we were there.I spent 20 months in the army, 9 of them on the border. When i finished my army service i went back to my job as a steam fitter and wrote my trade test after 2 years of final training.
To cut a long story short i only became familiar with computers in the 1990"s and have battled since to get where i am today, which is nowhere near where id like to be. Reading other peoples blogs about them using niches, tags and bla bla bla all the technical words and what they stand for, i realize i am so far behind. So now i am trying to google everything and write them down, then familiarize myself with the meaning of these words. So please if i ask you questions that seem silly, just bear with me i am getting there.
