Top Ten Beginner Friendly Exercises
This website is going to kickstart me back into a regular exercise program and keep me accountable for staying with it and I want to help others to be motivated to get and stay with a regular exercise program as well. I left off regular exercising more than a year ago when my daughter became sick from the COVID shot she took for her job. I can tell I need to get back on a regular program just when I walk for twenty minutes on any week day. My daughter is better now so I can move on and I am thankful for that.
First of all it is a good idea to get a checkup before starting a regular exercise program.
But there are some main reasons to do regular exercise.
1-Exercise helps to lower your stress level.
2-It increases your heart rate which also increases blood flow to your brain.
3-Increased heart rate releases cells in your brain called dopamine. These cells help to motivate you to keep going and feel more productive with what you accomplish on a daily basis.
4-Also when you stay with your chosen program, your body's metabolism will begin to rise and after a few weeks you will develope muscle where there was only flab before, which is one of the main reasons for me to stay with the program. Thanks for reading! Wanda

They are the ones that I will get to when I am actually able to log in and out of my WA like I am supposed to and stop getting strange messages that the WAsite is fake
