You can be thankful for very simple and small things. You can also be thankful for the same thing on several days. In fact, I am grateful every day for my family. This subject of gratitude never becomes obsolete. What are you thankful for?
You’ve probably heard this idea of gratitude before, but are you really thankful every day? As long as you don’t experience ever-increasing gratitude in your life, it won’t help that you know how many gratitude exercises. Gratitude in life increases with practice. I recommend practicing it every single day. It will also help you be happy.

I want try to give you reasons to exercise gratitude. Whether you think you’re doing well or badly, you can be sure there are reasons to be thankful every day. You just have to notice them.

So.. When you think about a lifestyle change, remember to be THANKFUL FIRST.

After that comes everything else, such as the reasons for making the change, the people around you, clear goals, and falling in love with the process itself.

Gratitude will help you be happy. Gratitude is also the first step in any life change.
