Do you know what is definitely the easiest and best way to make good changes in your own life, in any aspect of life?

THAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD EXAMPLE OF YOUR LIFE IN EVERY AREA OF LIFE AND SPEND YOUR TIME WITH THEM REGULARLY.

I challenge you to look for (or at least decide to look for) one person in your life in at least one or more of these areas of life this week:

• mental wellbeing
• physical well-being,
• money and work
• interpersonal relationships

Choose a person who YOU think is really good in your chosen area of life.

Remember to Look Near You

You may not have to go beyond the sea to fish, meaning that person may already be near you. All you have to do is either start spending time with him/her OR start watching how he acts in different situations.

In some things, your partner is a really good example and help. If you are like me, you may have resisted taking a lesson from her. Personally, I find my partner to be really good at many things. She gives me good tips, but I don’t necessarily do anything with them.

Many of my partner’s tips and advices have ended up being part of a small detour in my life. At first when I listen to him, I resist him at least in my mind and then I let the thing “rest” in my mind for a day or two. Since then I have ripe to explore more relevant and ask him more about it.

Get to Meet New People

In some cases, you will need to look for someone you do not yet know. The most important thing is to accept that you may not find the right person right away. Even if it seemed impossible at first, it does not mean that one would not be found in a very short time.

What is important in the company is its impact. We influence each other constantly, whether we like it or not. Therefore, many changes happen “easily” when you adopt habits from another person.

If you live in a smaller community that doesn’t have a lot of people, you can still easily be influenced by other people as you start looking for a suitable inspirational person to help with your own change on some social media.

Remember, there are always opportunities!

So think about which part of life you want change in and start spending time with someone who has that area in good shape.
