The Benefits of New Members Asking For Comments

I want to let the new members know how important it is to show your work so you can get a different perspective.

(Be sure to read to the end for today's update 01-22-18)

I tried various themes and got the same thing...zero different...problems with menus hoping each them would give me what I was looking for...well I don't have time to waste right? Right! And this isn't about my menus :))))

This is about showing your work.. I came to the training where to check off the list I must put a link and also give feedback.. I surprisingly received feedback from someone who's site I looked at a while back but I didn't leave a comment due to time...

Her eyes could see on my post, what I needed to fix, to make it more welcoming. It was needed and welcome review criteria of needed change. Nothing was said in a mean way and I put myself out there needing the different view. It was needed. I was able to see the problem clearly. Began fixing to make it more welcoming to the visitors that will eventually come....

I did more than was asked on reviewing and commenting on sites. Will I get the same back? Probably not and I expected that. But one good review that gives you a better perspective that I welcome and willingly fix. Then it was worth it putting myself out there

The comments will come from my wonderful community here but I look at my site as a progressive process, not a get rich or get popular site. That is not my intentions at all. I would rather spend time on the foundations than fizzle out in a short amount of time.

If you are afraid of showing your work, please don't be. Someone will see it and help you out with a way that will make your content better and worthwhile to visitors and readers.

Plus when you pay it forward you will get ideas for your next website. Seeing others websites helps me with ideas of future websites or how I can incorporate something I had not thought of before! That is what is so great about the Premium Membership. We can have 50 websites. Count that!

So every site you comment on will help your imagination move you forward. Pay it forward no matter what!
