Signs Your Articles Were Written by AI

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has come a long way, and it's now capable of churning out content that can fool even the most discerning readers. Google threatens to penalize AI content creators. Beware

1. Perfect Content: You regularly read articles from this website and suddenly, the author presents articles with impeccable grammar and zero spelling or punctuation errors.

While perfection is the goal of many online content creators this perfection could also raise a red flag for AI-generated content.

AI has the power to eliminate those pesky mistakes that human writers often make, resulting in a seemingly perfect piece.

2. Robotic Phrasing: When left on its own AI content can use words that seems a little too robotic. Ai written content regularly uses this phrase to introduce content: When Ai content is about AI, technology, digital marketing these phrases are often repeated in various articles.”

  • As technology continues to advance
  • In the fast-paced digital age
  • In the world of marketing

Repetition: AI-generated content may repeat certain phrases or ideas within the content. AI models learn from vast amounts of data and might inadvertently emphasize certain patterns.

Some of the phrases used by AI are structured in an unusual way that a human writer would not ordinarily use.

The phrasing reads like the instruction’s manuals created by manufacturers to help you build your latest DIY project.

The information may be correct but is void of the human input. it's highly likely that AI is behind the scenes.

Human writers tend to lend a personal touch embedded in their unique style.

3. No connection to the Topic: I noticed this flaw in many product reviews online. The article jumps from one topic to another. The article rabbles on about other items that are not related to the topic at hand.

This early AI copy is easy to spot but provides another clue that AI might be at play.

While AI can generate content based on keywords, it sometimes struggles to create a smooth and coherent flow between different ideas.

4. Too Objective and Neutral on all Subject Matter: Without realizing this, Human writers reveal their prejudices, opinions, personality and biases in their writing without realizing it.

AI content lacks this personal touch and tends to present information in a neutral and objective manner.

If the article lacks any personal perspective or subjective analysis, it's likely that the words were strung together by Artificial Intelligence.

5. AI Content Creation is Like Giving Candy to a Toddler: The toddler will eat it all.

Content Creators use AI to produce an abundance of articles on a particular subject. These articles can be churned out in record time.

If a content creator suddenly starts to produce an abundance of articles on a particular topic (keyword perfect) being churned out in record time, it's a strong indication that AI may be involved.

Humans need time to research, think, and craft their words, while AI can generate content at an astonishing speed.

Now that you're armed with these clues, you can put your detective skills to the test and uncover and modify AI-written articles indicators that may be lurking in the shadows.

Remember, while AI can be a powerful tool, nothing quite compares to the creativity and personal touch of human writing.

Hi there;

You have some good points here, but I will counter with this:

I've been using AI for a while now, and it has become fairly easy to get around almost all of this by using prompts well.

General and blanket statements about the quality of AI created content don't really hold water anymore.

It has far more to do with the skill of the individual using it, just like any other tool.

Thanks for sharing,
Stella

Point well taken But Google is aware of this trend of using AI, and without some modification to the original text, you may be at risk. But Good luck and great ideas using the prompts correctly
