The success is in the right pririority rate of all your tasks. But the time is limeted as we know, so how to save the extra time that you need to grow business, instead of just running it:

1. Set Goals & Create a Simple Step by Step Plan

The most important time saving tip is to set your goals. If you want to be successful and more productive, then you need to know what you are reaching for and why. You will end up wasting time if your tasks are not centered around your goal or worse, if you don’t know what your goals actually are. Once you know what your goals are, then you need to create a step-by-step simple plan on how to get it.

2. Prioritize All Your Tasks

Be honest to youself, if you likely to have several tasks, projects, and deadlines that you plan to meet at the same time. It is just impossible for you to get all of your tasks completed everyday. You will need to prioritize all your tasks. First, decide what tasks are the most important. As for me, getting leads and convert them into your customers is the most priority task for you. And you set the quantity you plan to reach every day. And only if you fullfil the priority task you go to the next step.

3. Be Focused and Realistic

You have to be realistic about your main goals and be focused to achieve them every day despire of any reasons. It is important to remember about when you are planning out your day. Never plan on completing more than you know you actually can do.

4. Take Short Breaks

It is simple but very important point. Everyone needs breaks and taking a break can actually improve your productivity. Take 15 minutes of break time for every 50 minutes worked. Taking breaks helps improve focus and lets you work much faster. The quicker and effectively you can work - the more time you save.

5. Say No

It is one of the hardest time saving tips out there to follow, but you need to do it anyway. You have to learn how to say "No". People will always come to you and ask you to do a favor or you will want to do something else not your priority task. But if you don’t have time it will be damaging to your business, you need to say politely "No". You can’t afford to waste time any on other people’s projects or not priority tasks when you really focused on results and success.

6. Skip the Unnecessary Tasks

One of the best things you can do for your business is determine which tasks help your business out the most. And spend 80% of your time on the most important tasks, 20% on the necessary but not critical tasks, and just stop doing and skip the non-essential tasks.

Managing of your time can be hard to start and procceed every day, better to have friend or accountant partner when you both will control and help each other to follow your step by step plan every day and do not waste any extra time. These short and simple time saving tips will help you get much better results.
