How to control the gout is the site has been built starting from 23 march 2014. My name is Vo and I am the owners of the website and also the person had gout that is the reason why my gout website has a title "How to control the gout with vo". I am writing this message out there to let people know that I have had gout for 6 years back to 2006, it's been repeating Flare ups so many times during the years and I did not know what to do. Just a couple years ago I felt complete control the gout. Not a miracle, simply understand it. That's all.

One of my best friends suffered terribly from the gout, starting in his mid thirties, but he is gone now, did not make it due to other health reasons, I remember he suffered quite a bit from it though, I have a touch of it myself but can control it through my diet. I will follow your website.
Gout is caused by eating the wrong foods. I had gout. I stopped eating meat and added more plants to my diet and in a few weeks my gout vanished. No more allipurinol tabs. Perhaps you should create a domain called, thegoutdiet.com. A friend of mine has a kidneydiet website and he makes $500 a day with it.,

Thanks for the info on controlling Gout I have developed Gout since I was diagnosed as type 2 Diabetes, But for you to suffer from it at so young an age is bad for you, and I can understand your desire to understand and to share it with other sufferers, I will keep visiting your website so you have certainly engaged my interest.
