There terms of service are pretty clear when it comes to where they offer accounts. I believe India is one of those places.
You could try a VPN.
Contact them and see what the issue is. I had trouble at first because my site was new. But since adding more and more content I am getting accepted more easily!
So its mean i need to write more content first. Next join an affiliate networks. How many contents minimal i need to have? Do you have an idea? Thanks
I'm not sure about the minimum! I just found when I only had a couple of posts and a few pages I would get knocked back straight away. I now have a lot more and I'm getting accepted a lot more.

abuse@clickbank.com
Ask them what is the issue and ask them to unblock our email.
Have just sent an email to them:
Subject: Cannot signup to Clickbank
Content:
Dear personnel of Clickbank,
I'm from Malaysia and tried to signup to Clickbank, but I have got this error:
"Thank you for your interest in ClickBank!
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you an account at this time. Regrettably, we are unable to make any exceptions."
From my research, it could be due to my email address that has been blocked, my IP address, etc. Please help and advise of my next step.

Hi Isabellawen, did you manage to sort out the issue? I had the same issue and I sorted it out by using Google Chrome, in my case it works perfect! Also, someone else had the same issue, and he sorted it out, by first logging off from all WA sites, and finally WordPress.

Thank you for your care. I just sorted out the issue today. My case was weird one. I used Google chrome, Firefox, and the problem still there.. But in the end, I think the problem from the laptop I used. when I changed the laptop, it was all fine and I'm using internet explorer btw. I don't know how it could be so strange, however I'm happy to get all sorted out.
Also I feel bad to put the support ticket team a lot trouble. They do a wonderful help and care for me.

Yes, sometimes I wonder how technology works! I use, a mobile, laptop, tablet my home computer with different browsers and in all probability different settings!
