A beautiful thumbnail can make a huge (positive) difference in your video exposure on Facebook. In order to do this, you will need to have an image and upload it to a video of your choice on your page via your desktop (you can't do this on your mobile device).
In this short vlog, I added a new thumbnail to my video and I would argue it makes it more "clickable" for people browsing through Facebook on their phones. This can lead to more reach and potentially more growth down the line. You can also use this feature to choose a specific frame in the video if you don't have a good image.
