Yes you can link out of Facebook to your website and that is part of the business plan/model I am personally following. One of the best ways to start doing this is by posting your URL in the comments section instead of the actual post with a short sentence to entice audiences to click.
Try to do this using 2 principals:
- Use it scarcely (if you post 5x a day, do it in one, not all)
- Use it in posts that are getting traffic/reach/likes so it has more chances of getting clicked on
