At the back office on each post,there are three titles with an edit (pen icon) as a sign that I can write or edit something.

At the back office on each post,there are three titles with an edit (pen icon) as a sign that I can write or edit something.
1.SEO Title...What must I edit under it?It says
1. SEO title is what Google will see and display. It should contain your main keyword phrase. I use the same title as I have for my post. If it's empty it will use your post title automatically I think.
2. Description: A small introduction to your post that's shown on Google (not always). Should include your main keyword as well. If left empty, Google will pick a random snippet. Sometimes it does anyways.
3. SEO Keywords: This is redundant these days as Google doesn't give value to this.
