Here Goes My First Question: What should we look for in Jaaxy?

This post is about a question regarding Jaaxy. I saw the training video that described how to use it and all the awesome things that it can do for us. And when I used the tool it was really amazing. I really ended up searching ideas that I never thought I would!
But there is one thing which is really confusing me, which is "the criteria that we use to find a good keyword".
Ideally we target keywords with a lower value of QSR. I wanted to ask what will be the optimum point between QSR, Average Traffic and Traffic. Please see image below:
In this example I searched a random keyword “Keyword” and these are some results that I got.
My question is: Which of these two is a nice keyword?
As per QSR “keyword 1” should be a better option as it has less competition.
But, didn’t “keyword 2” is a better option even with a high QSR value, because if we look at the average searches for both keywords then “Keyword 2” is 24 times greater than “Keyword 1” with expected traffic to be 23 times greater. On the other hand QSR is also 5 Times greater for “Keyword 2”.
I understand that difference in QSR isn’t just a numerical value and it must have some actual implication. And I would really like to know more about it. As it would give me a better insight while picking up a keyword.

This jaaxy sir. if you are planning to make an article This is supplemental on article that we want, things to be consider first who is your viewer that planning to be as your client in the future so think a Title that adequate on your project ( article ) by simply searching at Jaaxy and then choose the most related keyword on your article, On the list of keyword choose less than 100 the QSR the purpose is if someone search on the search engine of google, bing, yahoo there's a possibility that our article is on First page upon seaching if that happen big chance that you can drive traffic at your website or you can earn revenue this step also is for fast test way of higher ranking at Google, Compare to have million QSR ya there's a lot of traffic but very small probability that someone open our article specially we are Newbie. But the strategy that I implement I'm not focusing on keyword my perspective is content that is helpful to Viewer and related to their niche. For example we tag plenty of keyword on our article for the purpose of driving traffic if someone open your article that irrelevant on what they are searching or their niche for sure if they open your article they close that immediately so use less. Be unique ya we spend more time on this type of strategy but for sure if your article is very fit to the niche of viewer more engage and revenue if that happen because at this time we are under process of developing credibility and trust of our viewer. thank you and godbless continue the training that is very helpful to as godbless

You are absolutely right about putting great effort to provide actually useful content to our readers. After all that's what matters more and help us achieve our goal to help people in our niche and develop credibility.
Jaaxy is a very nice tool that we have access to. Kindly help me by sharing your experience about Jaaxy. What I was wondering here was if we find a keyword with good traffic that really fits well with what we want to write but have a slightly high QSR (say 150-250) then can we consider some other factors as well?
I think that I might get to know more about this in upcoming training.
