That allow affiliate links? It seems like it's harder than it should be to get a few ads out into the world.

Hi. This is very helpful thank you. Can I post my links into these or are they considered spammy? You've just saved me days of work. I've been looking round for forums for the over 40's looking to start or expand business and I cant seem to find any. The ones I have found hardly have any members or if they do they don't seem to be active. I know we are not allowed to just post links so I thought I'd join, share some tips and build relationships first. Do you know of any good forums please?

OK, I GIVE UP....I have been working on my google authorship for 1-1/2 hours. Somehow it has magically disappeared. I have watched 2 videos and searched the internet. Don't u

Here are 2 links. Take the few minutes and watch them. Best way to do it, is to split your screen....the video on the left, your working page on the right. Hope you know how to split your screen? If not here it is
Open your WA window where you go to the video. Then hit NEW window on your browser and bring up your website and your admin dashboard
Now you have 2 windows. Half minimize the first window, grab the screen on top and move it all the way to the left until it get's kind of blu-ish.Then drag to right and it will only use half your screen. Now go to the other window and do the same on the right side. That fives you 2 windows. Watch the video, stop and repeat step on your working window.

Hi John-thanks for your help. I followed the video and it still doesn't work. He's copying meta tags back and forth between a post and google +. I don't see any meta tags on my post...I don't know what he's talking about. I did add my g+ profile in the SEO section...
OK, I already watched the 2nd video. Don't understand it. Is there anything out there that just says 1. do this, 2. do this...
I saw something about adding =rel or something? Am I supposed to create a special menu for that? All the instructions I see say put it in the footer. I don't see a footer on my theme. Is there somewhere else I can put it? Thanks.
If you added your g+ in SEO General settings in the Google Plus field, that's all you have to do.
If you want to see that's in there, go to any page on your site (in browser view) right click on the page and a window pops up. Select VIEW PAGE SOURCE
Then read from top on until you see "meta name="google-site-verification" content="............

Victoria, now google sees you as the author. Go back to the rich snippet tool and put the URL of any of your pages/post in there. Then you will see your exact status.
Google search: "rich snippet tool"
I see you missed to creat the relationship on you G+ account.
You need to edit your G+ profil
Go there and click on "about" that opens the edit field
On the right side of the field scroll down until you see "distributor of " or some similar wording.
Put in your website url http://vour site name.com
That creates the 2-way connection' This is from your "rich snippet tool"
First rel=author link from webpage: https://plus.google.com/1084777489776738305222
Link (direct or indirect) from website to Google+ profile: Yes
Public contributor-to link from Google+ profile to joyfulessentialoils.com: No
I just entered your the description of your meta tag into google search. Your pretty face is staring at me on page 2.

I used feedburner for my RSS feeds. The RSS feed from my 2nd website opens content from my 1st website. Does anyone know how to fix that? I've been tinkering with them, recop
Interesting to see more on this area. I am not too familiar with rss feed yet. Still learning on it.

Bad day. No one is reading my stuff. Both my sites have a 50% bounce rate. What am I doing wrong??
Hi Victoria, your abundance is beautiful only I would move the advertisements on the right hand side to be below the navigation tabs
Hi , I love the first one, only thing is its really long. Can you do a menu on the side and break them up, or a blog roll ( which i'm not an expert at yet :-) you have great information I bookmard so I can go back and look more ;-)

Just a couple things you might want to look at:
joyfulessentialoils.com - There are 10 links on your benefits page (adsense?) 7 out of 10 are not relevant to your site at all, with "kelly blue book" being the target for 6 of them. If they are adsense links they will probably change each time someone looks at your page.
createyourownabundance.com - You might want to have a link back to your home page. The only way people can see that information again after leaving that page is to click on your blog icon in the upper left corner of your site which takes them to your unformatted feed page.

Your websites look good. I think a 50% bounce rate is not terrible. One suggestion for lowering the rate is to add more internal links and make it compelling for your readers to click on those links. Here is some training to help with bounce rates as well:

You don't? I thought 50% sounded terrible. OK-but I always thought you got into "Google" trouble for adding too many links. I have been writing anywhere between 350-1000 words depending on the subject with 2-3 links depending on length. Does that sound right? Thanks!
Internal links give you Google love. It increases your chances of visitors staying on your website which is a good thing for you visitor and for The Big G (Google). And even some external links to authority sites can show Google that you are trying to give your readers value by linking out to those authority sites.
A 50% bounce rate means that out of 100 people 50 are staying on your website. People can always improve on any measure but don't necessarily beat yourself up for that rate. Go over the video I included. It gives some good insight on how to improve.
