How will this affect our minds?
Well, I personally appreciate this :) I prefer nighttime and now it will be dark by 5:00pm. YAY!
At school, my day will feel longer for sure but, what I care the most, in the morning I will feel FRESH because it will be "8:00am" but my mind (for a few days) will think it's 9:00am. The only problem is that I will be eating one hour later 😞

I guess Victor I am curious why you like the night! When you get older it’s harder to drive for many, especially since there are no regulations on vehicle headlights and their adjustments.
I just enjoy the darkness. I'm always work in my office with no lights. When I I teach, I turn the lights off. I just like that :)
Thought we lose an hour when set back but now i think about it your right thanks I guess hearing set back threw me off
It'll be sleeping for me. But, the later I stay up tonight, it won't really make that much difference. LOL!!
Hi...I live in Arizona and we don't change our clocks. I like it that way...no adjustments to be made except for keeping it all straight when connecting with family in other states. Sometimes they are two hour ahead and sometimes three!
