Hey, so I wanted to register my domain name, preferably a .com
Someone mentioned that there would be a training on how to buy a specific domain name to get ranked and indexe
Hi Vicki,
From what I've learnt so far, in order to get ranked you will need to add posts to your website with key-words that have a low QSR (competition) and reasonable amount of traffic (searches done per month). The more article / posts with these criteria including activity on your posts (comments) will lead to your domain name / site getting ranked in Google, Yahoo, etc.
Other than the early training about not having hyphens in the name and aiming for a .com, I have not seen or read anything about the name itself leading to getting ranked faster just based on it's name.
If there is something like that, I'm sure someone here with more experience will be able to assist :)
