Hello Everyone: The last three months have been extremely hard on me. I need to focus on myself and pay attention to my own health. That’s what I encourage caregivers to do so I lead by example. I’ll be away for 10 days July 11 – 21.
It is necessary to take a step back from my routine to rest my mind and body. I believe spending some time with my relatives in beautiful Trinidad & Tobago will provide a fresh burst of energy, I'll then return and pick up from where I left off,
