A word of encouragement
I have always worked harder for others than I have for myself. My employers over the years give glowing recommendations and referrals. What I lack is the vision of self. In response to this ravenous void, I have come to understand that the best way to achieve success for one's self is to dream a BIG dream and nurture it to fruition in secret.
Working hard for the tangible results. Each successful step builds the framework that once complete will then be the launch of the next great adventure.
Because almost every time you express your hopes and dreams audibly, before you have tangible results, someone is ready to destroy the dream. Usually the one's closest to you.
I know I am not alone. I guard my hopes and dreams. They are precious and easily destroyed. A pearl of great price are the ambitions of the dreamer. Ever hopeful and pragmatic. The closer to the vest you keep those hopes and dreams, the more likely you will be to fulfilling them intact.
Never give up on the vision of success you have. It is of great worth! I have found here at WA, a safe haven for those dreams. A place where the entrepreneurial spirit is alive and can thrive. Keep looking up!

You personal success is worth more than any employer's so work as hard as you would for someone else. It sounds to me like you might tend to put others needs before your own. If you can focus on how your efforts are helping people, that could help to fulfill the need you once filled by working hard for someone else.
Also, it is important to put your dreams out there, to speak them into being. Just be careful to choose wisely those with whom you will share. Sadly, it's not always friends and family who will understand and support you. Find those who share similar dreams and support and encourage each other. WA is a great place for that!
I hear you.Sometimes you think that certain people have your interest, only to find out they don't and then your heart breaks. Its truly up to us to protect and nurture our dreams.Like your motivation....
