New ranks in Google commonly go up and down - especially for new sites. Just keep posting and I'm sure it will rank again.

In many cases, themes won't allow comments to pages (only to posts) or this is something you have to manually turn on.
Okay, so this is your home page. And, I don't see any comments on it either. Two possibilities, the theme doesn't allow view of comments on the home page. Comments isn't turned on for this specific page. I see comments elsewhere just fine.

You need to go to Site Manager and login to Wordpress into your site.
Go to Settings.
Click on Discussions
Tick the boxes accordingly to allow comments.
There is other boxes, to either tick or not tick to change the settings to suit yourself!
