6 Week Schedule
I just watched magistudios 6 Weeks Schedule to Profit webinar and it has inspired me to give this a go
In short:
Week 1 - Niche Research
Week 2 - Keyword Research
Week 3 - Website Creation
Week 4 - Content Creation
Week 5 - Niche Outreach
Week 6 - Analysis and Revision
I plan to do this slightly differently in that once I get to week 3, I will select just 1 of the 5 identified niche opportunities and continue weeks 3 - 6. I may go back and try another one after that but only time will tell.

Yes, I loved that one, but I think for me your option will also work better, because I'm already busy with 2 new sites, maintaining my biggest of my sites I already had before I joined WA and not to mention the smaller ones and the social media.......so later on, I really want to try it out.

I am only going to choose 1 niche opportunity, purely because of time. I have a wife, 3 x kids and a full time job so I dont think I could give enough time for 5 niche sites.
I also still have my WA affiliate site to work on as well.
