The Power of Communication in WA Community
Hi Folks,
I’m sure most members are aware of the value or power of communication within the WA community, but I’m probably not the only member who is not great at communicating via blogs
When I joined WA it was several days before it occurred to me to write a blog post. I even wondered if I should be doing such a thing!
As the months went by I plucked up courage and wrote blog posts at irregular intervals. Of recent times I’ve created very few blog posts.
Also I’ve really and truly hit a huge stone wall when it comes to creating content. That happening at the time of becoming a SWAGer is not good.
In an effort to overcome this problem I’ve been looking in all sorts of nooks and crannies for inspiration.
Today I decided to try a Mind Map. Not having used one for a long time I found it slow getting started.
I was thinking, if only I could remember the name of the type of mind-map where you enter a word and receive hundreds of ideas in circular formation.
I could not recall the name so decided to move on responding to WA emails.
Would you believe that opening a reply to a comment I had left on a member’s post gave me the exact answer I was looking for.
In a comment I made on one of Alex Evan’s posts I mentioned my current lack of inspiration. Alex responded and included the exact link I was looking for.
If that’s not the power of communication, I don’t know what you would call it.
I’ve learned a good lesson today from a member who is a great communicator through his posts. Thanks so much Alex. Your help is enormous.
I will share the link here for others to enjoy.
I’ll also endeavour to write more frequently and maybe I'll be of help to other WA members.
All the best :)
