Cancel my membership immediately and remove my credit card information.

Hi. You need to go into Account Settings (bottom left corner) and then into Subscription Settings to close your account. If you have a website that you want to keep, you have 30 days to move it to another host. Hope that helps.

Hi. As you are a free member, you have not paid WA any amount of money that could be refunded. If you are planning on leaving, you just need to log out and you are finished here. Sorry to see you go.

I have installed a couple of plugin rps image gallery and reciepe index.
Both of these plugin
Add a cmaybe need to be activated first can you send me a screen shot to confirm what i say. can be another thing. hope it help
ok it i think it happento me at firs and i guess to almos any one try to fin them in settings sometimes thats the directory for certain pluguins. let me know if help

Have you activated these plugins on your "Plugins" page?
A plugin usually won't appear in your wordpress dashboard until you've clicked on its "Activate" button.
