Largest Contentful Paint Element

I was hoping someone could help me. I am running a speed test on each post, and I'm getting a mobile experience of 77, two of the reasons being Total Blocking Time and Largest Conetful Paint. I was hoping someone could explain the LCP in layman's terms so that I can fix it. Or am I being too picky with a 77?

Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) is a web performance metric that measures how quickly the main content of a web page is loaded.
77 is good, no need to configure further.
