So, how can we allocate the limited amount of time + ... as stated? It is a good general rule to classify the activities as essential and optional. What are essential activities in life? In my view, those activities which will make a real difference in our ability to survive, grow, and live on are considered as essential such as 1. eat, enjoy, and control foods and drinks, and do not let both control us; 2. have a good sleep of 6-8 hours every day; 3. have adequate mental and physical exercise every day; 4. practice meditation so to reinforce spiritual and physical connection; 5. follow currently available reasonable medical advices as close as possible. Thereby, the practitioners of quality healthy lifestyle without overindulgence and obsession will surely gain their best possible mental and physical energy and ability to unfold daily living... Hence, all the activities related to the above advices are essential. And the activities beyond the essential ones are optional activities, which are what most people are doing through the process of overindulgence and obsession to overuse, misuse, abuse, and destroy all the faculties of life leading to mental and physical dysfunction. ...
