Blacklisted Plugins - Not Loading - (Inc. Jetpack).

This article should assist you if you're having issues installing a Plugin (e.g. Jetpack Plugin).

Is the Plugin on your wordpress site not-installing?

After creating & updating a website on Wealthy Affiliate, the Wordpress site dashboard & the Woo Commerce plugin suggested that I install Jetpack, a plugin for 'added' benefits & site-protection.

After pressing the Install button for Jetpack, the plugin did not install - however there was the following error notification. (see below pic)



Due to receiving the error notification above, I used 'site manager' to easily contact the very helpful Wealthy Affiliate 'site support' service.

The agent at Site Support quickly sent the following useful response... (see below pic)

After reading the response from site support, I followed the link to Carson's reply - which was as follows... (see below pic)

The captions above detail Carson at Wealthy Affiliate's advice that,

- There are many good plugins available however, some may be harmful to your website.

- As a premium member of Wealthy Affiliate, any harmful plugins are automatically 'blacklisted', to protect your site.

- You will not be able to install a 'blacklisted' plugin to your website.
