I just want to know after having my own domain, plain and simple. Does the site belongs to me out-right?
The content of any site that you create here is yours. You can copy that content and move it to any hosting service that you'd like. (As to a site's content, it makes no difference whether it's a site built on your own domain name or on a free siterubix subdomain. The content is yours.)
Any domain name that you've purchased is yours, no matter where you purchase the registration. You can transfer the name registration to some other registrar or host the site on any hosting service that you choose.
The only thing that you can't own is the domain name for a siterubix site. Since those names are subdomains of WA's http://siterubix.com main domain, those domain names cannot be transferred or hosted anywhere but at WA.
That's always a good idea. It prevents you from getting tripped up by the "minor details" that sometimes turn out to be not so minor.
