Staying focused and not giving up.
Spent a few hrs yesterday screen shots and typing accompanying notes from Jay's 4/14/2017 live class presentation, and mistakenly erased all of it uggghhhhh!!!!. A way to achieve some of the more immediate goals is by getting organized (creating files in excel and word as a way to keep track of procedures and process - sound very office administrative like but the benefits of being organized will bring better outcomes in the long run, it seems.)
