What You Need You'll Attract (Cute Dog Pics Included)
'What you need you'll attract' sounds familiar doesn't it ? I couldn't work out if I had heard those words in that order before. I think I've probably heard 'you attract what you need' but I'm not certain.
Either way, in recent days I have found the statement to be true. Before we go there, let me say I am having a solid day, the fact that I wanted to write this two days ago hasn't dulled my mood.
This morning, after the dog walk, instead of coming and sitting in front of the computer I decided to add the final touches to the shed, about time, right ? It does mean that the backroom can now get emptied in preparation for the arrival of Dexter, you remember Dexter.
You see, the weekend is upon us and I know that there will be a conversation about the 'when', meaning that I'd have to get on it and pull as many fingers out as possible.
Now I am ahead of the game, fingers well and truly pulled out and as long as the weather plays ball that room should be empty tomorrow and I daresay Dex will discharge himself from kennels at his earliest opportunity, probably Monday.
Three will become four. Ironically, the first time a room in the house has been empty, other than when decorating, in the last twenty-five years and it's for a dog, says it all really.
I did ask Bella what she thought about the whole thing
and her response kind of summed it up.
Anyway, that's all for another day, let's get back to the title. The words came from the mouth of Bob Proctor during an interview he was having with Lewis Howes (School of Greatness).
Like I said at the beginning, I'm not sure if I had heard that exact phrase before but the timing of it was just about perfect.
For a while now I have been toying with the idea of getting an autoresponder as I now have a sizable list. I have been accumulating 'buyer leads' over the last year and feel that it's about time I actually did something with them.
I have two 'free' accounts with Aweber but they're only free up to 500 subscribers and I'm not ready to start paying a monthly subscription just yet, as I am very wet behind the ears when it comes to 'email marketing'.
There Is no point in sending out poor quality emails, so I need to 'bone up' (or lucubrate, if you prefer) before I start any form of communication. I'd rather continue to build the list, as opposed to decimating it from the get-go.
I had already acquired a cloud-based system but when I finally got round to using it, my access was denied and I ended up getting a refund. Since then, I have been on the lookout for something similar and have had my eye on a program that has been around since the summer.
It's a one-off cost meaning no monthly, recurring fees which suits me down to the ground. That said, it's the kind of product that sometimes pops up as a 'bonus' on certain software deals. So, for the last couple of months, I have been keeping an eye out for it.
About three weeks ago, my patience was rewarded when I found a product that had the item in question as a bonus and it was the 'Pro' version instead of the basic package, which was sweet. Of course, the story doesn't end there.
Over the last few days several vendors have been putting out seasonal bumper bundles and these have been outrageous with, literally, dozens of bonus software being given away.
Now you have to remember that none of these products are going to break the bank, most times you can pick up the basic package for between $10 to $15. For that, you will get full functionality. If you can do without the 'upsells', then you are laughing.
The extras are normally things that will enhance your purchase, such as DFY, 'Unlimited' and 'license rights' but most times I find that they are unnecessary.
The creator of the autoresponder has also put out his 'bundle' and within the four bonuses he was offering (on top of the fifteen products being sold for the price of one) was the same one I have been after and with all the 'upsells' that came with it.
I had no choice but to purchase (even though I had already bought that offer through someone else) The result being that I now have the complete system with all the add-ons and it has cost me the princely sum of $29.
Now you can see why, when I heard good old Bobby boy say "what you need you'll attract", it resonated. I just need to get my head in the books and learn how to use it properly.
I do hope you're having a wonderful weekend and remember, stay safe.
Twack Romero.

Love how you lured us (me anyway) in with the cute dogs and then talked about something useful.
Dogs are useful Rosana, they make perfect listening companions, but I know what you mean. Dogs included drew me in as well.
Take care

You did come to mind when I was thinking about the title, as you did previously mention about seeing more pictures. You wouldn't have forgiven me if I hadn't let you know there were some more images.
Well, Twack, you are my friend no matter what. But I got a kick out of knowing my dog-picture-addiction had a good result!

I've completely missed the fact you're getting another member of your pack! How nice! (The fact he's coming, not that I missed this information). Where is he from?
Congratulations on the deal, you are right that everything comes at the right time and we attract what we need.
Just finished making some Christmas cookies. More to do next weekend.
Mmm, Christmas cookies, fresh from the oven (I'm now doing my nest Homer Simpson drooling impression)
Yes, Dexter has been on the cards for a while, just had to put the right infrastructure in place otherwise it would be carnage. He's another one from Romania and has been rehomed twice and sent back both times.
Yes, as George Peppard used to say,' I love it when a plan comes together'
I'm so glad that Dexter will find a new home, it's so nice.
I would love to take another dog from the kennels but it's a problem in our house as we are upstairs and the poor dog would have to climb the uncomfortable stairs twice a day.
The cooking still smells nice here, it always does for a few days. I would share some with you if you came over :-)
I'll hold you to that, I might set up a 'world tour' once the $$$'s start rolling in. There's nothing quite like the smell of freshly baked cookies.
It's not always possible, I know we'd have more if we could. You've made a 'forever home' and that's amazing in itself.
