Scared, Daunted and Filled With Self-Doubt ?
Anything in the title sound familiar.? You've got a website to build, a niche to find and the last thing you wrote was a paragraph in an e-mail to a relative or friend.
Even if you manage to get past the first two you've still got to work out a way to monetise and hope that you get traffic and customers. Pressure or what.? Well no, actually.
I was in the same position less than three weeks ago. Let's just say that any doubts I had on day one have now been smashed out of the park.
First off and I won't mention it again.... Follow the training.... It's there for a reason...it's tried, tested, proven and it works. Enough said.
Let's break it down. Finding your niche. When you first look at the opportunity you have in front of you, it's easy to fall into the trap of searching for a niche that you think will be popular, that's going to attract a bazillion new and eager customers. "A Cure For The Common Code" "Sign up For a Million Dollars Tax Free"
Flip it. Find a niche that means something to you. Forget about whether the e'business' plan side of it. You need to find something you like, are familiar with, are passionate about, have always wanted to do.... You have pets? Love cars? Enjoy reading? Cooking? Decorating? Working Out? The list goes on. Pick one.
Now you have your niche. Stomach drop time. What do I write? Everyone will have a way that they get inspiration for writing. I like to let it simmer in my brain for a day or so, I have a notebook in my back pocket, for those little gems of ideas. Enter your own correction... I write I usually have some paper on hand to scribble down words or sentences that might pop into my head whilst I'm typing.
How do you start, where do you start. Doesn't matter, just start and before you know it you'll be writing freely without care or abandon. lf you were sat in a pub, cafe or at the kitchen table of a friend and they said, "So when did you first realise you like decorating?" You could quite happily sit there and talk a few hundred words without a second thought. There's also a bonus to this. When you start writing, other idea and relevant thoughts just materialise. That's why I have the paper.. Before you know it you have the body of a piece of work. Don't worry about grammar, spelling or whether it makes sense, just get it down. You can go through it all later, move stuff around, a sentence or two.
My first website is about me, who can't find something to write about themselves, for many it's our favourite subject. Sorry, that sounds harsh. Since was young I have been a listener and the easiest way to do that is to ask someone about themselves, likes, what they do, then sit back and listen.
On of my initial worries or concerns was that I wasn't going to be able to find any affiliations to link with my website. I was writing about me and my experiences. How on earth was I going to promto or sell through that.?
Follow the training.... It's there for a reason...it's tried, tested, proven and it works. Enough said. Have I said that already?
The training was there for me. I followed the advice on finding affiliates. Picked a post that I thought would work and hey presto...the first search I did gave me a perfect fit.
Wash, rinse and repeat. All the other aspects that you'll need to implement are in the training. Keywords, tips on how to increase traffic, getting indexed, subscriptions whatever you can think of and even loads of things that you won't think of.... It's all there in the training.
Believe in yourself, you can do this.

Keep on doing what you're doing, you'll get there. There's a question bar at the top the page. Pop it in there, I'm sure there are plenty who will be able to help. Be well and thanks for the comment.
