Hi Tunde,
The only thing these kinds of people are looking for is a backlink. I would delete this and check your Akismet settings. This should have been caught by your spam filters. Do you have the plugin Akismet setup properly on your website?
Ok, Akismet is active, it says 94% accurate, caught and blocked couple of comments, missed this latest one. I guess I just keep an eye on these, at least I know now what to expect :)
Awesome Tunde!
I actually have 2 plugins to help monitor my spam. I get hundreds a day so this is necessary for me. Akismet is usually pretty good at catching spam. Sometimes you got to use your own personal judgement.
If they are trying to flatter you with comments like, nice website, or you are such a great writer, these are obviously spam. You will be able to identify spam much easier as you get more experience here.
I'm glad your plugin is active and it's catching most of your spam.
I thought so, thank you to make it sure :) I checked my comments spam folder and wow! There are other, long, not content related, automatically spammed comments with links. I didn't even realized they are there.
Hi Tunde! -
I'd delete that - it's of no value to you!
When people comment on our site we - want nice comments -- Remember comments are content - and Google - and the other search engines love content.
Approve only the comments you think add value to you!
Forget the comments like "nice" - "great" etc.

Is exchanging links a scammy thing?

This is a
Very suspicious looking "so called" link. I agree with everyone elses general sentiment: just hit 'delete' and move on.

Posts are going to the blog roll by default which is usually the home page. But can I write posts to a specific page on my site? Maybe it's an already answered question, I just
Here I am again...:( because I'm still not able to do this.
I got the answers below, I read others problems with this, but still.....there is not one answer, which explains this.
Here is the problem:
I would like to write posts to A page, which is not my home page/home blog roll. I don't even want these posts to show up on the home page/home blog roll.
I followed the advice given me below, I added category and created menu. Then the post was on my home page/home blog roll again, (and this is what I don't want) only having a link at the bottom of the post, saying it belongs to a specific category. But on that page, where I wanted to be this post, was nothing :(
I just simply would like to write posts to a given page where the excerpts are showing, than the reader can click and see. Otherwise it will be an endless long page.
Maybe I want to do something what is not possible? Or I just not able to find this option? I can't give up on this.......
P.s. I know the "front page displays" setting, but my problem is not related to that. My latest posts are my home page, that is fine. I would like to write posts to a completely different page too, if that is possible.
Sounds like this might be the solution that you need. https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/creating-a-static-blog-page
Often Premium themes will allow you to make custom pages with specific categories displayed. If you would like to explore this option, PM me and I can point you to some themes that work well for this.
You have to add a category to your post and then create a menutab with that specific category. There you will find only the posts of this category.
I have a post on my blog which will tell you how to do it.

Found some useful tips on the link provided but why is it showing 'Sorry, no such page' on the same page.
Thank you all for the info! I noticed that too on MisterWailor's page, but I found this on his site: "How To Create a Blog Not On The Home Page".
