Hi Everyone,First blog here at WA and boy am I nervous. Silly right, I mean after all I am a professional educator whose gifting consists of connecting with and understanding juvenille offenders. The kids that many in this field feel are a waste of time because they will always be "in the system" Well I was one of tose kids in the 80"s. Got myself in trouble and wham before I knew it I was locked up in the youth home. Many years later and lots of personal growth I have learned that the people who called me "nothing" and said I would NEVER amount to much were wrong........ until their voices come back. This usually happens when I know I am about to embark on a new adventure that is full of growth and promise. Guess I am just going to have to tell them to "Be Quiet" and move on so I decided to start with this blog, nervous or not. Maybe, just maybe someone will read it and tell their inner voices to quiet down too and then the wonderful, exciting journey with WA will begin with new voices that say "YOU CAN!"Take Care,Kim
