When Chaos Ensues.Just Breathe
This past weekend was a 3 day one for me due to the schools being closed for MLK day, my goal was to work on WA the entire weekend. I really wanted to get to course 3 Lesson 10.
With this in mind I got up early on Saturday, grabbed my coffee, grabbed my laptop and proceeded to log into WA. Waiting, waiting, waiting......computer crashes! Ok so I can handle this, we need a new one anyway. Go shopping, find one, done!
Get home ready to set it up (I cannot believe how easy they are to set up now) and the dog is sick, not just a little sick but sick in several spots all over the house. (found out she ate some nasty stuff out of the my daughters garbage.......trust me you don't want to know what!)
Clean that up, head back to my office.............."MOM!"
Just ignore it, what could she possibly be yelling for me for, she's an independent 14 year old who never needs her mother! "MOM!"
"What Grace?" "HELP!" The crisis was her boots for the barn went missing and apparently mom knows where everything is!
Thank God it only took 5 minutes of looking to find them in the exact spot I told her to look!
Back to the training! "Babe"....."Hey Mom"........"MOM"
GRRRRRR.............
OMG do these people not know how to do anything for themselves? Forget it, shut the computer off and call it a day.
That was just Saturday!
Sunday woke up with a migraine and did not get rid of it till late Monday afternoon! By Monday night I had two pages written for my site in word.
The moral of this story is when life happens you may have to embrace it with gritted teeth but if what your trying to accomplish is important you will still find time to move forward a little even if your being pulled in 4 different directions.
Thanks for reading my ramble!

I dont even have kids n my life is like that everyday..i have a very large close nit family.we alll live in the one area.. its crazy. Were like "days of our lives" ..this made me giggle.i like you your motivation.you are driven and by the sounds of it you very much deserve success.and i hope you get there ☺ congratulations btw,on making it this far .
Thank you so much for your kind words! Most of the time I am motivated but some days I hide!
It's nice to here that other families are close and loving. I see so many who are not! Enjoy them. Best of luck to you! See you at the top! :)

Very true! You must persist.
Only mom's know where things are is also true. Last weekend my 11 year old was having a snack and yells "Mom, I need ketchup. " I reply, "you are 11, go get the ketchup." He relies, "Where is it?" I reply, " in the refrigerator. ." A minute later he replies, "I don't see it."
All mom's can probably relate.
Sincerely,
Xin
My story is relatable and could use to hear this right now. I've taken today to unwind and not do anything as yesterday was very rough. My life is changing on so many levels that it just overwhelms you.
I will find balance and your story held thanks
Thank you! I love this community and reading others blogs, sometimes I find they relate to what I am doing or how my day is going. Best of luck to you and enjoy your day!
