The title says it all. So far, my best week since I joined Wealthy Affiliate was last week. It saw me make my very first income, from a less likely source.
Background
Three months ago, I signed up for Google Adsense. And after two and half months of running Google's ads on my website, I "accumulated" 0.2 euros. Quite funny, to say the least. Till then, I had been receiving visitors on the site, but they were not of a substantial number. A little over a week ago, one would have thought that the month of May would be like all other months before it.
Peak season leads to traffic
But all that changed about a week ago, at a time of year when anything related to my niche would sell like hot cakes. (My niche has two peak seasons annually: last week was the short one; the long one comes later in the year when I expect to have even better results).
Plus, a particular online forum was quite instrumental in publicizing my website. The result? An influx of visitors as shown below: 
More than 2.5 K visitors in two days.
The reward
As you know, traffic eventually leads to income. So all that traffic wasn't without a reward. Google Adsence finally rewarded me. My estimated income rose from 0.2 euros after two and half months, to more than 32 euros (i.e. more than 36 US dollars) during last week alone.

The best is yet to come.
I must admit that I'm currently using less than a quarter of my potential online due to other engagements, especially my offline business. But I have a plan to increase my online activity substantially in the coming months. And I believe that is when my income online is going to grow exponentially.
What makes me so sure?
I have been a WA Premium member for nine months, and what I have observed is that success here depends entirely on one's committment: the more committed you are to your business, the more success you will achieve.
What you need to get ahead can only be learnt/acquired through your committment. Every now and then, we read posts by members who decided to scale down offline in the interest of their online business. And you know what the result of such a decision has been.
So, I'm simply going to put aside most of my offline "burden" very soon, and focus more on my online business, in order to achieve the results that come with committment.
