i would ask at
wealthyaffiliate.com/contact
and select billing
and try to get it sorted there...
posting on here won't get it sorted....
you do need to cancel your account under your account settings and you are still showing as a premium member...
i hope you manage to get it fully resolved

why do I get an "authentication failed" message when trying to send an email?
You're not the only person getting that message. Can you provide more detail as to how you're trying to send it and what platform/application you're using, etc.?
trying to use 2 of my WA email accounts and i get the message after hitting send i have logged out and back in again also send a test message to one of my personal email accounts (separate from WA and same message)
can you provide one of the email addresses so I can send a test message and hopefully you can reply to it?
