Any Problems With Windows 10
How good is Windows 10, is anybody else here having any teething problems with it. As I have said in an earlier blog, I am still using XP on my desk top, purely because it does what I want it to do for the programs that I am running. My laptop was running windows 7, again I found it to be very stable, and I had no problems, although it was not running the complex programs I run on the desktop.
It is only my laptop that is now running windows 10, but I am having a series of problems that I had not experienced before with windows 7. The programs that seem to be affected most are Photo Shop CS4 and After Effects, plus a DVD creator Wondershare DVD Creator, which is a great little program for making a quick DVD, very simple to use but you can push it. It is all these programs plus a couple of others that are suffering lock-up, not all the time but enough for it to be annoying. If anybody else is having any sort of problems I would like to hear, because it is very easy to use once you get used to it.

I haven't done it yet. I'm still attached to my old Windows 7. Windows 8 looked like a nightmare. Regarding 10 though, I have heard only good things so I appreciate your comment.
Hi Val, I think it might pay to wait, windows 7 is a great OS and easy to use. Hope Monty is keeping well, I love that picture.

I was updating it on my laptop and since then I have about three to four times a week either a system error by starting the windows or sometimes the whole desktop freeze and then I can only reboot to work ahead... pretty annoying. Thinking about downgrading to windows 8...
