Can you go to just https://wealthyaffiliate.com ? This is odd. One thing to try is to eliminate your provider as the cause. I assume your phone is using it's cellular connection and your computer is using your home internet provider. Can you use your phone as a hotspot and connect your computer to it and give it a try?
Thanks for the help and smart troubleshooting. I noticed I’m still unable to access via hotspot on my main computer, but used my wife’s computer and was able to connect. That means it is local to my laptop. That’s good... I’m closer to the solution.
I wonder if your antivirus/malware apps are somehow blocking it. Not sure why, but it's something to look at.
